What is Amazon FBA?
FBA, also known as Fulfillment by Amazon, is a service that helps Amazon sellers outsource shipping to Amazon. With this fulfillment option, Amazon stores, picks, packs, ships, and delivers the products to customers. Amazon also handles customer service and returns for those orders.
What does FBA stand for?
Amazon FBA stands for Fulfillment by Amazon. This is the business relationship established with Amazon that allows storage, and fulfillment of products purchased by third party sellers (such as our clients) from all of Amazon’s fulfillment centers nationwide. All products that are stored and part of the FBA program are PRIME eligible.
How much profit can I expect to earn on my store?
We base our Established model off of a 28% net profit margin, meaning every $5,000 in inventory you invest, you can expect to net profit approximately $1,400.
How will I get paid?
You get paid based on the sales of the Amazon automation store. Customers buy from your store that Apex Commerce has built for your business. The passive income profits are then placed into your seller store account balance. Apex Commerce has no access to this balance and cannot make transfers. We invoice for our fees after all profits are calculated at the end of the month.
How quickly does it take until my store is making sales?
Unlike other automation companies out there, we are the fastest ones to get our client’s stores up and running. Our clients on-average, see the first sales happen within 2-3 weeks of setting up.
Realistically, when should I expect to make my initial fee back in full?
Typically our clients recoup their initial investment fee within the first 5-6 months, more extreme cases have been 8-9 months.
Is the Amazon Marketplace Over-Saturated?
No, for the marketplace to be saturated, there would need to be more sellers than buyers on Amazon on a monthly basis. Currently, there are 4+ million seller accounts vs. 200+ million Prime subscribers.

Why Doesn't Apex Commerce Create Multiple Stores themself?
Amazon strictly enforces a policy of one seller per household, monitoring IP addresses to maintain compliance. From a capital standpoint, we utilize our clients’ capital to facilitate the purchases of name-brand items at a wholesale discount, which are then listed on Amazon.
What will be my level of involvement?
Based on our experience, the typical client spends 1-3 hours per month monitoring their account health and inventory limits, while we handle purchasing inventory, managing listings, and overseeing sales—once the initial setup is complete, you can sit back and relax as the Apex Commerce team takes care of the rest.
